So this is episode 2 in the series but really is the first interview. I am still experimenting with the format but this is the first effort. In this episode I interview my wife. On our anniversary. It's lightweight and fun. We cover off all the topics and dig into how she works through the various tools in the mental toolbox. I hope you enjoy it.
